The Dachshund and Chihuahua house-training Quandary.

When I found her at a rescue, the info I received was that she used to be a 4 month old tiny Dachshund. Chihuahua kennel. The dour personality of this dog makes them resistant and not the best to house train. With positive and continual scheduling the Dachshund does learn and with a decisive owner the Dachshund will develop the coaching fast. The undeniable fact that Chihuahuas are so small makes house-training them a little challenging. Patience will be required in the housetraining process of this dog. The Chihuahua will learn quickly with positive beefing up coaching. In either dog breed there are 2 advocated coaching methods to house-training your dog. Rather than settling on a dog by his cuteness level, there are a few things you need to take under consideration before bringing a new dog home. If your folks includes little kids, you may want to think about a tiny breed dog, like a cocker spaniel or a dachshund. Once introduced to the doggie door the rest was a fait accompli.
